It has been an honour to play a pivotal role in the conceptualisation and execution of the Tax Control Centre 1.0's product design. As a senior product designer on the project, I meticulously constructed the wireframes and systematically developed the design system from scratch. Our process was iterative, with countless refinements driven by insightful feedback from internal tax auditors.

I had the privilege to collaborate with tax experts across various geographical locations, deepening my understanding of global tax compliance. I helped conduct in-depth interviews with tax partners and end-users, ensuring their needs were central to our design process. My efforts inspired widespread support from PwC offices globally, contributing to the successful realisation of our vision.

PwC's Tax Control Centre has now been launched as a product in partnership with Google Cloud.
